Who it is for

For everyone who wants to start sensibly

This course is for you if:

  • you want to start without prior knowledge and finally understand clearly how investing works
  • you already have some knowledge, but would like to go through the basics and your first steps thoroughly once more
  • you have built up savings and want to discover how to manage them more thoughtfully
  • you can set aside an amount each month, small or large, and want to build something with it over the long term
  • you have received an inheritance or another sum of money and first want to understand your options properly
  • you get lost in all the information, opinions and promises and need one calm, clear and structured foundation

Whether you are at the start of your career, want to build up an amount every month or have had savings put aside for years, your age and starting amount are not what matters most. What counts is that you are willing to learn and to start thoughtfully.

Frequently asked questions

About the course

What if the course does not go ahead?

We need at least ten participants. If that number is not reached, we will let you know in good time and you choose: a full refund or moving your registration to a later date.

When do I have to pay?

No later than ten days before the course.

Do I need to know anything about computers?

No. Throughout the day there is someone present to help you if something does not work on your laptop.

Do I have to invest money on the day itself?

No. You decide yourself whether and how much. If you prefer to think it over at home first, you follow all the steps and take them yourself later.

Will I receive an invoice?

Yes. In your own name or in the name of your company.

Do I need prior knowledge of investing?

No. The course starts with the basics and has been designed so that even someone without any prior knowledge can follow everything calmly.

Do I need to have an investment account already?

No. You do not need to open an investment account beforehand. During the course we explain what to look for when choosing a provider and how opening an account works.

Do I need a lot of money to get started?

No. You do not need a large amount to follow the course or to learn about investing. We show you how to start step by step, even with an amount that suits your personal situation.

Am I obliged to make an investment during the course?

Absolutely not. You follow all the steps, but you always decide yourself whether and when you carry anything out. You can also let everything sink in first and get started at home later.

Are particular shares, funds or brokers recommended?

No. We do not give personal investment advice and do not tell you what to buy. You learn for yourself what to look for and how to assess different options. Delmont does not receive commissions or fees from providers.

Do I have to share my financial situation with the group?

No. You do not have to share any amounts or personal financial information with the group. You always decide yourself what you do and do not share.

What if I do not understand everything straight away during the day?

That is not a problem at all. We take plenty of time for questions and guide you step by step. After the course, too, you can contact us by email whenever you are unsure about something or get stuck.

Will I still receive guidance after the course?

Yes. An online follow-up session is organised in which we look together at where everyone stands and discuss any remaining questions. You can also reach us by email.

Do I get to take the course materials home?

Yes. You receive the complete presentation, practical tools, a library of AI prompts and a clear plan with which you can continue independently.

Is lunch included?

Yes. Lunch, coffee and water are included. When you register, you can let us know about any allergies or dietary preferences.

Will I receive a certificate?

Yes. Afterwards you receive a certificate of participation.

Can I follow this course together with my partner and/or son and/or daughter?

Certainly. You each register separately, so that a place and all the course materials are provided for everyone.

Is your question not listed? Feel free to contact us. We are happy to help, even if you are still unsure whether this course is right for you.
